We limit our wine production, prioritizing exclusivity and artisanal methods, thus crafting an elegant product with character and its own unique personality.

And when it comes to choosing, we carefully select even the natural cork for our stoppers, taking advantage of what the unique nature of this very special place offers us.

The winery has a photovoltaic panel installation, thus reducing the environmental impact and reinforcing our sustainability goal.

The building creates a perfect symbiosis between nature and architecture, respecting the intrinsic values ​​of the landscape. The stone figure that emerges from the ground completes an idyllic landscape. Functionally, the winery is divided into two interconnected sections: production and aging.

In our production process we use a gravity system, in this way we take care of the grapes throughout the entire process. We have small truncated conical stainless steel tanks and wooden vats to optimize maceration and to be able to process each of our sub-plots separately and adapt the vinification to their own characteristics.
