The trout chose to live in the unique waters of River Duero, whose shore gives the special characteristics to our wines, creating the perfect conditions for a demanding land full of personality.
Complex, fine and clean. With lots of fruit, black, liquorice, blackberries and cherries, hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The wood and the toast appear to accompany the fully integrated fruit.
We seek to make a wine where the grapes are the basis of the wine, for this purpose during ageing we always want the wood to be a secondary actor that allows the protagonist to be the best “Tinta Fina”.
It is an intense garnet red wine. On the nose, it is very complex and persistent, highlighting the ripeness of the grape with aromas of red fruits in liquor, with notes of violet and spices. In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine, long and fleshy, with a remarkable structure of elegant and sweet tannins.
