The Eagle
The eagle chose its habitat in the same area of our vineyards, at a considerable height above sea level that forges the indomitable and exquisite character of the grapes and, therefore, of an incomparable wine.
Mild, tender and creamy taste, very persistent showing the elegance and balance of the wine. The notes of wood are harmoniously combined with the fruit, reappearing throughout the retronasal phase together with the sugar candy, liquorice and toast that make the wine long and attractive
It is a very intense cherry red wine with garnet trims. On the nose it is complex with aromas of ripe red fruit, licorice, spices and balsamic notes. The mouthfeel is delicate but long, with very ripe tannins.
